Company Zollner - process-visualization and traceability for assembly lines

To join the challenge and assembly jobs to backup systems to be able to also document the process here and evaluate, has released the company Handke Industrie Software in combination of input panels with the LINERECORDER software.
Assembly lines make high demands in the documentation of quality indicators.
For the assembly line "HX 402 relay" for process visualization is an application designed that allows to extract data from all stations. At the respective manual workstations keyboards are built with integrated display. The worker may, at faults, bad parts, etc. enter error codes. The codes are collected from a control, confered to the LINERECORDER system and stored in a database.
During the set-up or adjustment, as well as the malfunctioning of the corresponding downtime / data is recorded.
From the machine states and the code data of the assembly areas OEE, performance, quality and availability of data are determined and visualized. On large-screen monitors key performance indicators and presented important characteristics of the manufacturing process.
The LINERECORDER provides other functions such as Traceability functions, statistical analysis etc.. A detailed analysis of what error occurs in which process step is possible through the presentation of the OEE level in the line. Processes can thus optimized, reduced costs and quality standards are assured.
